About the Construction Manager position
We are looking for a reliable Construction Manager who will organize planning and completion of construction projects٫ including budgeting٫ implementation and scheduling. Your duties will include overseeing the progress of projects along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner.
You should be familiar with principles and best practices in the construction field and be able to supervise and lead people efficiently. Good knowledge about financial and quality aspects is also required.
Construction Manager responsibilities are:
- Organize construction projects from conception to completion٫ ensuring that contractual conditions of performance are met
- Perform in-depth reviews of project deliverables٫ schedules٫ costs and work progress٫ on a regular basis
- Supervise all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Organize and lead construction workers and subcontractors
- Prepare tools٫ materials and equipment and track inventory
- Create internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Plan٫ analyse and manage risks and problems٫ developing counter-measures on beforehand
- Review and negotiate terms of agreements٫ draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
- Adhere to quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Construction Manager requirements are:
- 2+ years’ experience of working on a Construction Manager or other similar position
- Profound experience with building products٫ construction details and relevant rules٫ regulations and quality standards
- Good experience of participation at all stages of construction process٫ including collaboration٫ leading and planning
- Excellent knowledge of construction management processes٫ means and methods
- Practical experience with construction management software packages
- Strong time and project management skills

- BS degree in construction management٫ architecture٫ engineering or other relevant area
