About the Manager of Quality Assurance position

We are looking for a Manager of Quality Assurance to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our business. Your duties will include inspecting procedures and outputs٫ and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues٫ and organizing the verification of product it reaches our customers.

You should have solid experience in quality control together with great attention to details٫ and be able to make professional conclusions about the quality of products and services. We expect you to be reliable and to understand well the business life cycle of a product.

Manager of Quality Assurance responsibilities are:

  • Review and analyze procedures and report quality issues
  • Supervise all operations that affect quality
  • Support and guide inspectors٫ technicians and other staff
  • Verify the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
  • Analyze customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
  • Document all malfunctions and report them to production executives
  • Find proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
  • Oversee the usage of standards and policies
  • Manage records of quality reports٫ statistical reviews and relevant documentation
  • Enforce the compliance with all legal standards

  • 2+ years’ experience of working on a Quality Assurance Manager or other similar position
  • Significant experience of using methodologies of quality assurance and standards
  • Significant experience with data analysis and statistical methods
  • Good practical experience with MS Office and databases
  • Strong numerical skills٫ with great attention to detail and a results driven approach
  • Strong communication٫ organizational and leadership skills
  • BSc or BA degree in business administration or other relevant area
  • Certification of quality control٫ such as ISO 9000٫ will be a bonus
